Final Sale Policy

All items purchased at a discounted price or during a promotion are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns

We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@gadgetea.eu with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or general dissatisfaction once the product has been used or opened.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange the exchange promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are refunded only for defective or incorrect items.

Non-returnable items

Late or Missing Refunds
